We will begin accepting walk-in patients from September 25th (Monday).
Reservations cannot be accepted over the phone.
We will give you a pre-examination slip and a reservation slip at the time of your reservation, so please be sure to come to our clinic.

Please print and fill out the pre-examination form in advance and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.

Vaccination fee: 13 years old or older…3,500 yen
Under 12 years old…3,000 yen

For those aged 65 and over, vaccination start date is October 10th (Tuesday)
In the morning of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
For those aged 64 and under, vaccination start date is October 16th (Monday)
